Engage Talent Partners are working with our Aberdeen-based client to source for a Finance Assistant.

In this role you ensure the accurate and time processing of accounts receivable transactions and the management of credit control across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Credit control and escalation management.
- Daily posting of customer receipts.
- Resolving customer queries.
- Preparation of weekly credit control report.
- Setting up new customer accounts and credit checks.
- Raising sales invoices and credit notes for sales and non-trade recharges
- Provide month-end support to Financial Controller
- Assist Accounts Payable where required
- Monthly intercompany account agreement
Previous experience in accounts receivable would be advantageous. Applicants should have a pro-active approach and excellent attention to detail.
