Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact by answering phone calls and handling client enquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
- Manage shared email inboxes, ensuring timely responses and accurate dissemination of information.
- Prepare and process documentation, including letters of authority, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal standards.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding documentation to ensure smooth workflows.
- Distribute information packs and communications to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Provide administrative support to the wider team, assisting with ad hoc tasks and ongoing projects.
- Offer guidance on internal processes, including advice on scheme-related matters.
- Maintain and update internal databases and systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
The ideal candidate will have some previous administrative experience and be confident adapting to new systems (full training will be provided on bespoke platforms). You’ll be highly organised, comfortable multi-tasking and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. A professional telephone manner is essential.
