Engage Talent Partners are working exclusively with our client to recruit an Administrator, based on the south side of Aberdeen.
Our client is a growing engineering and services business operating across multiple sectors, including renewables, oil & gas, and defence. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and collaborative team, providing essential administrative support across a range of operational activities during an exciting period of business expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
	- Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the Service and Operations teams.
- Assist with planning, booking, and tracking of travel, accommodation, and personnel movements.
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and project documentation in line with company procedures.
- Support preparation of reports, presentations, and internal communications.
- Liaise with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth communication and task completion.
- Raise purchase orders, track invoices, and support financial and procurement administration.
- Assist with onboarding and maintaining employee training and certification records.
- Provide general office administration support to ensure efficient daily operations.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an administrative or coordination role, ideally within a technical, operational or project-focused environment. They’ll be confident managing multiple priorities, highly organised and comfortable communicating with both internal teams and external partners. Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 is essential and experience using systems such as Onboard Tracker would be advantageous. A proactive, adaptable approach and a keen eye for detail will ensure success in this role.
