Engage Talent Partners are exclusively working with a well-established technology company to hire an adaptable and proactive Business Manager.
The client operates within a fast-changing industry and is looking to recruit a new member of the team to facilitate growth and support and manage existing teams.
This role is office based in Aberdeen and will primarily involve managing a team to coordinate activity across sales, partners, and operations. It requires someone who can operate in a fast-moving environment, take ownership of tasks and ensure priorities are progressed and delivered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage activity across internal teams, projects, and stakeholders, ensuring priorities are clear and actions are followed through.
- Maintain regular communication and alignment between the business, suppliers, and partners across the UK.
- Manage and maintain HubSpot CRM and general data, ensuring accuracy, consistency and visibility of sales activity.
- Drive the tracking of tasks and proactively follow up to maintain momentum and accountability across the team.
- Drive and facilitate sales targets and business goals.
- Attend sales conference and engage with customer facing meetings.
- Manage Outlook diaries and provide general executive and administrative support.
- Support social media activity and ensure engagement is documented in CRM records.
- Assist with onboarding, client communication, and general business support tasks.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency and support the evolving needs of the business.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in business support, coordination, or driving marketing processes, will be comfortable in a fast paced and demanding work environment, and will be proficient in prioritising between multiple differing responsibilities. Ambition and drive are important characteristics for the ideal candidate as well as a willingness to take on Ad-Hoc tasks. Marketing exposure and experience of expediting processes is also essential to the ideal candidate.
