Key responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
- Create and implement account strategies that align with client objectives and company goals to drive growth and profitability.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity, using insights to recommend improvements and offerings.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration across departments.
- Identify opportunities for products and provide feedback and suggestions to the R&D team.
- Manage and grow accounts by maintaining a rolling pipeline, qualifying opportunities and converting them into orders to meet revenue and margin targets.
- Serve as the primary client contact, maintaining senior relationships, understanding requirements, and ensuring accurate, timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Prepare proposals, Statements of Work, and pricing; negotiate terms; issue T&Cs and End-User Statements; confirm POs; and issue order acknowledgements.
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery by liaising with sales, engineering, and logistics to ensure clear scope communication, on-time alignment, and mobilisation, including for international sites.
- Support business development initiatives by running demos, Lunch & Learns, attending trade shows, producing reports and forecasts, and contributing to group sales activities.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in the offshore energy rental/services sector with hands-on knowledge of subsea mechanical tooling, inspection, and survey equipment. They will demonstrate attention to detail, thrive under pressure in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments, and be highly motivated with a growth-oriented mindset. Additionally, they will have the ability to identify new product and service opportunities to support the company’s ongoing development and success
