Engage Talent Partners is working exclusively with our client, a growing Aberdeen-based business, to recruit a Customer Service Supervisor on a FTC (9-12 Months). Reporting directly to the supply chain and customer service team manager you will manage a team of customer service administrators, facilitating development and efficiency within the team. Working with order processing, invoicing, and reporting will also be your responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with HSEQ policies and procedures.
- Manage Customer Service Administrators team to maximise efficiencies and support other departments.
- Evaluate Customer Service Administrators’ performance through the setting of KPIs.
- Ensure all orders and invoicing documents are quickly and accurately.
- A Super User, able to trouble shoot and be hands on with all transactions, as required.
- Responsible for ensuring management are provided with weekly/monthly reports to monitor actual against forecast, such as KPIs and weekly booking and invoice statistics.
- Ensure documentation for all orders is stored centrally and uniformly.
- Manage the company overdue meetings and reports, feedback to management with updates.
- Support with an implementation of SAP.
The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory experience and excellent ERP competancy. The ability to multi-task, prioritise, and work quickly and accurately is particularly beneficial to this role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary as the role requires consistent liaising between departments and external groups.
