Engage Talent Partners are working exclusively with our client to source and recruit a Document Controller, based in Aberdeen.

In this role you will be reporting to the Commercial Manager and be responsible for ensuring documents are created, approved, distributed and stored according to company policies and procedures.
Key responsibilities:
- Maintain and organise documents in a secure manner ensuring they are available and accessible to stakeholders.
- Liaise directly with clients and projects teams to ensure documents are created, approved, sent, reviewed and commented on within agreed timescales.
- Check documents are accurate, complete and comply with regulations, specifications and industry standards.
- Assist in the preparation of documentation for audits and inspections.
- Store, archive and dispose of documents according to legal and procedural requirements.
- Communicate document-related information to projects teams and external stakeholders and answering queries.
The ideal candidate will have previous work experience in a similar role, be familiar working with SharePoint, and Microsoft 365.
