In this role you ensure the accurate and time processing of accounts receivable transactions and the management of credit control across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing vendor invoices into all accounting packages
- Daily posting of vendor payments
- Assisting with the preparation of weekly vendor payment runs
- Setting up new vendor accounts
- Assist with monthly intercompany account agreement
- Provide month-end support to Financial controller
- Assist accounts receivable and credit control where required
- Ensure the authorisation limit matrix is followed
Previous experience in accounts payable would be advantageous. Applicants should have a pro-active approach and excellent attention to detail.
