Engage Talent Partners are working with our client to recruit a Graduate Project Engineer to join their Projects team based in Aberdeen.

You will join an established projects team and gain hands-on experience supporting the delivery of complex engineering projects from initial planning through to completion. Responsibilities:

Take ownership of assigned project scopes and gain hands-on experience across the full project lifecycle.

Create and manage Bills of Materials, working closely with the Procurement team to ensure materials are delivered in line with project schedules.

Provide progress updates to clients and internal stakeholders, developing your skills in project reporting and communication.

Participate in product testing and coordinate any third-party witnessing requirements.

Monitor project budgets and support the commercial aspects of project delivery.

Assist with project close-out documentation, including performance reviews and lessons learned to support continuous improvement.
We are seeking motivated 2026 graduates with a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline. Some early professional exposure through internships, placements, or part-time industry experience would be advantageous, but it is not essential. Most importantly, you will bring enthusiasm, strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a genuine interest in developing a career in project engineering within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
