Key responsibilities include:
- Promoting company products that align with customer needs
- Processing customer quotes and orders accurately and efficiently
- Handling customer queries and concerns in a timely, professional manner
- Sourcing various products to meet client requirements, including liaising with external suppliers
- Identifying opportunities to maximise sales and upsell where appropriate
- Negotiating with suppliers and manufacturers for improved pricing and terms
- Maintaining and updating customer records and CRM systems
- Supporting the external sales team with administrative and client-related tasks
- Monitoring stock availability and coordinating with logistics to ensure timely delivery
- Following up on leads and previous quotations to convert into sales
