Engage Talent Partners is supporting our client, a procurement company based in Aberdeen, in their search for an experienced salesperson to join their Internal Sales Team.
Our client is an established company who provides services to energy related companies globally and are experiencing exciting growth. In this role, you will manage a selection of client accounts and serve as their primary point of contact.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee client account management and act as the primary point of contact for all client communications.
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction by promptly addressing and resolving customer queries in a professional manner.
- Promote company products to clients, while staying informed on industry trends, market developments and competitors to identify potential product improvements or new offerings.
- Collect client and prospect feedback and share valuable insights with internal teams.
- Manage purchase orders, update the stock system and ensure all administrative tasks are accurately maintained.
- Perform additional duties as required to support the business’s evolving needs.
Applicants should have a proven sales track record, with experience in roles such as internal sales, customer account management, or customer service. The ideal candidate will also possess strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
