Engage Talent Partners are working on a retained search assignment to source and recruit a Key Account Manager with a strong background and understanding around Subsea Control Systems for our client based in Aberdeen.
Our client operates in the Subsea sector and provide a range of equipment to support subsea operations. Reporting to the Sales Manager you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key clients within the oil and gas sector in Aberdeen, across the UK and Internationally.
Key responsibilities:
• Day to day correspondence with clients.
• Regular face-to-face meetings with customers and prospects.
• Identify customer needs for new products/services (cross sell, up sell).
• Prepare quotes for existing client base using in house software.
• Liaise with technical team on delivery through to return of equipment.
• Attend relevant trade shows/conferences and deliver presentations where appropriate.
• Prepare, manage and develop Strategic Account Plans for existing client base.
• Strong focus on customer experience and customer feedback.
The ideal candidate will have a good technical understanding of Subsea Production Control Systems or knowledge around equipment such as Wellheads, Christmas Tree’s, Manifolds, Umbilical’s and HPU’s among others. You will already be in a client facing technical sales role however our client is happy to consider candidates looking to progress into a sales focused role.
The role will be based in the company’s Aberdeen office; you must have a full UK driving licence and able to do occasional international travel.
