Engage Talent Partners are working exclusively with our oil and gas client to recruit a Marketing Coordinator on a temporary maternity cover contract.
This role is an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate or someone in the early stages of their career seeking development within the energy sector. You'll join a small, dynamic team committed to driving the business forward. Your work will span market analysis, content creation, event coordination, and branding initiatives.
Key responsibilities:
- Create a variety of marketing assets, including brochures, newsletters, presentations, social media posts and website content.
- Assist in organising and delivering marketing events, trade shows and promotional campaigns.
- Carry out research to gather insights on market trends, competitors, and target audiences, and present findings to internal stakeholders.
- Develop and publish engaging, brand-aligned content across multiple social media platforms.
- Track performance metrics and compile regular reports to assess marketing ROI and campaign effectiveness.
- Support the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing initiatives including email, social media and content marketing.
- Monitor sector-specific data such as rates, contract durations and competitor activity to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare executive summaries and overviews on markets, clients, competitors and geographic opportunities as required.
The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline. Experience in a similar role or internship is preferred, alongside excellent communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
