Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for administrative support across multiple disciplines, booking travel, preparing reports and presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative support for Operations, Sales, Engineering, Finance and Logistics teams.
- Administrative support for global functions including HR and QHSE.
- Prepare presentations, reports, inductions and schedule meeting.
- Make travel arrangements and reservations.
- Provide procurement assistance.
- Take and direct calls.
- Greet and provide general support for visitors.
The ideal candidate will have previous work experience in Administration and be computer literate with an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office systems.
