Our client is a key player in their industry and is currently experiencing exciting global growth. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across departments, managing systems and delivering excellent service to internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
- Act as a key point of contact for client queries, handling communications in a friendly, professional manner and building strong working relationships.
- Work closely with other departments, ensuring smooth coordination and accurate information flow across teams.
- Maintain and regularly update internal systems to ensure accurate tracking and management of company assets and agreements.
- Process updates and amendments to contracts or agreements, ensuring all changes are correctly reflected in the system.
- Generate reports for the senior management team, providing key operational insights to support planning and decision-making.
- Create and issue client-facing invoices in line with service agreements and project timelines.
- Carry out a range of general administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the department.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, with strong organisational and communication skills. While experience in a coordination role is highly advantageous, our client is also open to individuals who can demonstrate transferable skills, solid administrative experience and a keen willingness to learn.
