Engage Talent Partners are working exclusively with our client to recruit a Project Co-ordinator, based south side of Aberdeen.
Our client is a well-established company operating across renewables, O&G and defence sectors with ambitious plans for growth and continued expansion. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and play a pivotal role in delivering key projects.
In this role, you will report directly to the Head of Operations and provide essential administrative and coordination support to the Service Team.
Key responsibilities:
- Attend service planning and project kick-off meetings, ensuring smooth coordination of all activities.
- Act as the focal point for key accounts, stakeholders, and offshore personnel to maintain strong working relationships.
- Manage manpower, mobilisations, and resource allocation using the Onboard Tracker and Service Tracker.
- Liaise with Supply Chain and Workshop teams to ensure timely procurement, delivery, and inventory management.
- Support quoting, estimating, WIP reporting, and financial administration, including variations, PO uplifts, and invoices.
- Plan and book travel, accommodation, and mobilisations for personnel.
- Ensure contractor compliance with IR35, insurance, certification, and POs.
- Perform general administrative duties to support the Service department.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in project coordination or administration and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and proficient in Microsoft 365 applications.
