Our client is a well-established company offering a range of engineering workshop services across multiple sectors. This role is open to individuals with strong project engineering experience, as well as those with less experience who are looking to develop their careers. You will be involved in the full project lifecycle, from initial enquiry to manufacturing and site commissioning.

- Manage assigned projects as directed by the Project Manager.
- Estimate project costs based on customer inquiries, scope of work, specifications, and requirements.
- Oversee project planning and execution from initiation to completion.
- Develop, manage, and maintain all necessary HSEQ documentation for each project.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, attending meetings, providing updates, and ensuring clear communication.
- Oversee the commercial aspects of project management.
- Conduct HSEQ site audits and prepare detailed reports.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors involved in project execution.
- Supervise site supervisors and personnel during on-site work.
- Handle project documentation and certification processes.
- Provide regular progress, commercial, and HSEQ reports to the Project Manager.
The ideal candidate will have a background in fabrication, welding, or piping, and have transitioned into a Project Engineering role or similar. You should be able to read and interpret engineering drawings and BOMs, while being comfortable liaising with clients and subcontractors, and managing project documentation.
Applicants must be willing to work overtime, work away from home when required and possess excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will have a positive attitude, a solution-driven mindset, and the ability to work on their own initiative to meet challenging deadlines.
Salary is negotiable and dependent on experience. This is a rewarding role with excellent training opportunities and staff perks.
