Engage Talent Partners are working on an exclusive project to recruit a part-time permanent receptionist/administrator for our client based in the city centre of Aberdeen.
This is a rewarding opportunity to join a fast-paced family run leasing agency. The ideal candidate will have a background in customer service and be able to work well on their own initiative. They must have experience working with Microsoft word, excel and outlook.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meeting and greeting clients and contractors
- Key handling management
- Answering and transferring calls
- Distributing mail
- Responding and managing emails
- Arranging viewing appointments
- Collect and record feedback
- Assist with the organisation of the viewing agents
- General admin duties.
The successful candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, they must be able to multi-task and have good attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem solving.
Applicants must be available to work Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 9am to 5pm.
