We are a growing business focused on delivering the highest quality recruitment service to our clients and candidates and we achieve this through effective communication, quality engagement and following a meticulous process. As our Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting your assigned clients while developing strong candidate relationships and will be responsible for the following activities:
- Carry out client consultations to fully understand project requirements
- Research and planning to establish a solid project plan
- Full market search, advertising and headhunting activity
- Approach calls and initial screening activity
- Advanced screening and face to face selection
- Client candidate presentations
- Database management activities
- Client account management and new business development activities

The ideal candidate will already work in recruitment and looking to progress to the next level. Alternatively, you may be looking to make the move into recruitment and have a client facing background in either sales or account management.
