Our client operates across various sectors, including oil & gas, nuclear and energy, and this is an exciting time to join them. Following a successful year with significant contract wins, they have ambitious growth plans for the future.
The Resource Coordinator will play a key role in planning and coordinating resources for projects, services and workshop activities. You will collaborate with the wider team to understand workforce requirements, ensuring the right skills and certifications are allocated to workstreams.
Responsibilities:
- Main point of contact for key accounts, stakeholders and offshore personnel.
- Attending service planning and project kick-off meetings.
- Coordinating manpower deployment using Onboard Tracker and service tracker.
- Booking travel and accommodation for mobilisations.
- Managing contractor compliance, including IR35, insurance, certification and POs.
- Working with Supply Chain to procure materials and monitor progress.
- Liaising with the Workshop on equipment, deliveries and inventory.
- Assisting with project deliverables, quotes and estimates.
- Handling WIP reports and financial tasks like PO uplifts and invoicing.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, an excellent communicator and experienced in personnel logistics and project support.
