Engage Talent Partners are supporting their Aberdeen based client to recruit for a Storesperson.
Our client is an established business that provides a range of products to various sectors and is experiencing exciting growth, including international expansion. With a global remit, this role will offer the successful applicant a strong foundation in the products and provide opportunities for progression within the sales team in the future.
Key responsibilities:
- Counting, picking, and packing of stock for inwards, outwards, stocktaking or any other purpose as required.
- Safe loading, unloading, and handling of all stock.
- Safe racking and organisation of all stock.
- Complete and submit any related paperwork.
- Ensure all stock is correctly identifiable with purchase order numbers/customer details etc.
- Driving safely and promptly to customer’s premises ensuring a professional service for customers
- Carry out daily safety checks on company vehicles and advise the Logistics Supervisor of any maintenance issues
Applicants must hold a full UK driving licence and should have strong people and organisation skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in dangerous goods, international packing and a strong understanding of carrier logistics.
