As a Trainee Hire Administrator, you’ll be fully supported as you:
- Be the first point of contact for client enquiries, building positive relationships and responding in a friendly, professional way.
- Work closely with colleagues across different departments to make sure everything runs smoothly and information is shared accurately.
- Learn how to maintain and update internal systems to keep track of equipment, assets and agreements.
- Assist with making updates to contracts or agreements, ensuring all changes are clearly recorded.
- Help create reports for senior managers, gaining insight into how data supports business decisions.
- Learn how to generate invoices for clients in line with service agreements and timelines.
- Support the wider team with general admin tasks to keep everything on track.
