<p>The QHSE administrator supports the QHSE manager in the effective implementation and maintenance of the organisation&rsquo;s Quality, Health &amp; Safety, and Environmental management systems. The QHSE Administrator assists in the collection, organisation, and analysis of QHSE data, supports audits and inspections, and helps promote a strong culture of safety and continual improvement across the business.</p>

<p>Key responsibilities:</p>

	<li>The maintenance and updating of company documentation including, policies, procedures, forms and risk assessments</li>
	<li>Updating and maintaining the company QHSE intranet</li>

	<li>Schedule and track QHSE training, inductions and associated documentation</li>
	<li>Aid in planning and taking of meeting minutes from safety meetings, management reviews, toolbox talks, and other QHSE communications</li>
	<li>Offer administrative support to QHSE initiatives, improvement projects, and campaigns</li>
	<li>Support in development and the continuing management of the Company&rsquo;s competency management system</li>
	<li>Maintain the Company&rsquo;s online carbon footprint tracking portal</li>

A willingness to learn and develop knowledge in the discipline of Quality, health &amp; safety and the environment is necessary. &nbsp;Previous experience in a similar role and knowledge of ISO Standards 9001, 14001, and 45001 is advantageous but not essential.</p>
